Union canal carriers has been in the village of Braunston for 50 years with the same family at the helm. Having started with camping boats back in 1968 today they operate a fleet of hire boats, all built in Braunston and ranging from 35ft to 70ft.

Public Transport
Rugby Train Station (10 miles from the hire base). Long Buckby 7 miles. Taxi’s can be pre-booked to collection you from the station and deliver you safely to your boat, ask us for more details.
Hire Base Terms & Conditions
The front cabin can be setup with either a double bed or two single beds.
Seating is provided in the saloon by two comfortable armchairs.
The boat has a cruiser semi-traditional stern - which provides plenty of space for others to stand and join the helmsman & when moored up.
