A 40ft narrowboat, Strider is the ideal boat for a couple or a family of 3. The cruiser style rear deck provides a spacious area for socialising while cruising along or for a romantic evening meal. The internal layout consists of 1 bedroom with a fixed double and a dinette, which can be converted into another single for the night.
Thorin is perfect for a romantic getaway to the beautiful city of Chester or a peaceful cruise onto the Llangollen canal. Hurleston Junction, the gateway to the Llangollen canal, is only a 3 hours cruise away from the hire base in Beeston. Enjoy charming days in the remote countryside of the Llangollen Canal, spend unforgettable days out in Chester and watch the wildlife from your very own floating holiday home.

Hire Base Terms & Conditions
Please Note:
From the end of October until the beginning of March boat hire is available on a flexible basis weeks /short breaks and not necessarily keeping to a particular boats stated start and finish days/dates. Christmas and New Year hire can be arranged to suit your needs are far as possible. Read more about winter hire here. Please enquire with your requirements.
