A small family-run business, it is the oldest company offering canal boat hire on the Mon & Brec Canal. It is run by Nigel and Sally Curtis, who have 5 traditional narrowboats specifically designed for easy handling in the shallow waters of the Mon & Brec Canal.

Abergavenny train station is 6 minute drive from the hire base and Sally and Nigel are happy to collect you from the station. The station has good links good links to the main network via Newport.
The boat has a cruiser style stern - the largest deck area, with space for others to stand and join the helmsman & an integrated safety rail.
This Rear double bed can convert into 2 singles either side of the cabin. An additional bunk can be added above the starboard side single via special arrangement which is suitable for a child. This would make the boat suitable for 2 adults & 3 children.
The saloon has seating for 4 people, the table and chairs can either be converted into a double bed or two singles.
Additional outside area with fixed corner seating for 2 people.
