Maria is a very comfortable canal holiday boat for two people. She has a separate bedroom with a fixed double bed (no need to convert a seating area into a bed overnight) and two leather reclining swivel chairs in the saloon.
A canal boat holiday on Maria starts in Stone, which is the perfect base for taking a short cruise onto the beautiful Staffordshire and Worcester Canal and visiting Penkridge. Or take a short break to Great Haywood and visit Shugborough Hall. A longer holiday of 10 - 14 days gives you the opportunity to visit Stourport or Market Drayton.

Stone train station is just a 13 min walk, or 2 min drive away. If travelling by plane Birmingham and Manchester airports are 1 hour away via train, or 2.5-3 hours from London. Collection service available if you get the train from these airports to Stone Station.
